How to relax yourself
Nowadays many students often feel much pressure.they always feel tired because they have a lot of assignments to do every day.
Too much pressure may cause some certain problems it is important for the students to relax which will keep their mind clear and make them not be nervous.there are many kinds of ways to relax.for example you can try to sleep earlier and do not stay up too late.enough sleep will make you energetic.you can listen to some music watch some movies read some books or do some sports.what is more hanging out with friends is also a good way to relax
